Bespoke, credit-bearing and CPD accredited, this first-of-its-kind programme addresses the keys to integrate ESG into business through alignment of vision and people.  Building on the case of Adam Smith’s “Theory of Moral Sentiments”, this exceptional programme illuminates hearts and inspires  stakeholders to model and communicate ethics with a suite of leadership skills that drive best-in-class practice in its ESG value chain.

Upon the successful completion of the course you will receive a certificate of completion in digital badge format for credential from GROWDynamics, ACI and Edinburgh Business School.  If you chose to take the exam at the end of the course, on passing you will also receive a Certificate of Achievement issued by Edinburgh Business School and receive 20 credits.

The course is accredited by the United Kingdom CPD Certification Service. You can apply for an official Certificate with 200 CPD hours.   It may be applicable to individuals who are members of, or are associated with, UK-based  professional bodies.

MORE ABOUT PANMURE HOUSE 

 

In 2008 Edinburgh Business School undertook responsibility to rescue and restore Panmure House in Edinburgh, the final remaining home of Adam Smith, philosopher and ‘father of modern economics’. Smith occupied the House between 1778 and 1790, during which time he completed the final editions of his master works: The Theory of Moral Sentiments and The Wealth of Nations.  Other great luminaries and thinkers of the Scottish Enlightenment visited Smith regularly at the House across this period. Today it is once again a meeting place for bright minds – a beautifully restored centre for 21st-century social and economic debate and research.

Scotland's First Minister Nicola Sturgeon visited Panmure House.  Inspired by the visit, this project became the first thing discussed in her recent Ted talk (May 2019)
