There are two levels of training (1) employ our pedagogy based on a gifted education approach (2) access to GROWDynamics exclusive materials and facilitation guide.

For corporates and schools that we work with on a retainer basis, we train and certify in-house facilitators based on hours of co-facilitation and bespoke content.
