About the Programme

Sir Ernest Shackleton, the Antarctic explorer who led the Endurance  expedition (1914–1917), is revered as a masterclass in crisis leadership. His ability to keep his team alive against impossible odds offers timeless lessons for leaders in any fields.    The adventure teaches us timeless lessons in resilience, leadership and teamwork through an epic true survival story.  Experience a journey of finding courage and wisdom through the study of documentary clips, extracts from letters, newspaper, and other media contents.  You will see and witness what it means by leadership at the edge.  Attention!  Crew!​​​​​
