In a world where technology races forward, true courage means holding fast to our humanity. This summer, we are bringing you a programme unlike any other -- one that blends timeless wisdom with essential future-ready skills -- preparing young minds to lead in an AI-driven world.
At GROWDynamics, we cultivate human-centric leaders who lead with empathy, adaptability, and integrity. The Bravery & Courage Series brings this to life for our younger learners aged 4 to 13+ through creativity, courage, leadership legacy, real-world case studies, AI-era social identity and more.
Every session -- whether examining heroism, survival or social dynamics -- reinforces critical thinking, collaboration, ethical decision-making and the mindset needed to thrive as constructive change-makers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. Do students need to read the books used in these modules before attending the sessions?
A1. It is not essential but would be helpful to have an idea of the historic context and the themes of the modules beforehand, where applicable. Each session will also start with background introduction and activities to set the scene.
Q2. What is the English requirement of the students?
A2. It is essential for students to be willing and able to communicate in English for ideas sharing and peer learning. While English might be second language for many; our programme, designed in CLIL style (Content and Language Integrated Learning) is an effective way to help learners become proficient language users. For details, please refer to GROWDynamics' CLIL.
Q3. Are the teachers / facilitators the same ones on-campus and online?
A3. Yes, our teaching and learning team members are experienced in class management both in-person and online and are tech savvy.
Q4. What are the standard of technical equipment for online sessions?
A4. The following equipment is strongly recommended for you to maximise your experience as a learner:

Our online classrooms are video conferencing platform powered by Zoom . Please test all equipments and Zoom setting before each programme session. For technical problems, please communicate directly with Zoom or your Internet Service Provider.
Q5. Is there a learning pathway to continue fostering learners to be human-centric leaders?
A5. Indeed, it is important to keep instilling leadership mindset and skillset through life-long learning. We are an exceptional programme provider for young and adult learners.
For new participants, this programme may serve as a taster for continuous programme intake. Apart from seasonal and thematic programmes, there are bespoke offerings for small groups with different learning pathways. Please refer to our Programme Offering page for more information.
